Pizza? Pizza! / 가지 피자





Eggplant Pizza


As we decided to eat healthy, we have tried to eat a lot of veggies and less gluten bread. However, I cannot stop myself from eating pizza! I really love.. pizza. Thus, I made gluten free pizza, which does not have bread but eggplant. This pizza is as amazingly good as ordinary pizza and healthy!

1. Slice eggplant in a circular shape like a small piece of pizza. 
2. Spread tomato paste on the eggplant. 
3. Put any kinds of veggie that you like on the top of eggplant as much as you can. I put red, yellow and green peppers, mushroom, and basil. 
4. On top of them, lay shredded mozzarella cheese on them. 
5. Bake them in a oven until the eggplant is cooked.  


6. Take a photo while waiting for the pizza.
