Crabmeat / 게살로 만든 요리




Crispy Salmon and Potatoes with Fresh Crab meat

Matt often watches cooking videos of his favorite Scottish chef, Gordon Ramsay, and tries to learn how to make gourmet dishes by following his recipes. Whenever he decides to cook something, I am so glad that I can just relax and wait until the food is ready as well as I can taste something delicious. 

For me, who love seafood, he made Crispy Salmon. The salmon was very tasty because of its crispy skin having its own fish flavor. I really like fish skin - when my mom grilled fish, I used to eat fish skin first.

In addition to the fish which was well cooked, the most special of the dish was potatoes with fresh crab meat. He boiled potatoes, mashed a little bit, and mixed with scallions and crab meat. It was the best potatoes salad that I'd ever had. Amazing!

I am beyond lucky that I met a guy who likes to cook. 





Crab meat Spaghetti with Rose Sauce

I made a pasta, recalling a crabmeat spaghetti that I had at an Italian restaurant near my college (연대 동문!) in Sinchon, Seoul. The flavor of creamy tomato sauce and crab meat were nicely blended, and the texture of well cooked spaghetti noodle gave it more tasty. I wanted to tasted it again. 

I researched all the recipes of crab meat pasta with tomato cream sauce and cooked it for the first time. It turned out pretty well. Matt really liked it, but for me, something(감칠 맛) was missing. I realized why the finest pasta is a bit more expensive and we eat what we pay for.
